Product Update: Try Everything Before You Sign Up

The fastest way to judge software is to use it. So we have made that possible across Spotbookr, without a sales call and without a credit card.

A quick demo of Project Management on the Spotbookr business page

Quick Demos on Every Product Page

Each of our business products now has a Quick Demo built into its page at spotbookr.com/business:

  • Project Management. Drag cards across a sprint board, open the backlog, and watch the timeline and reports respond.
  • Scheduling. Book an appointment the way a customer would.
  • CRM. Move a deal through the pipeline.
  • Invoicing. Take an estimate through to an invoice.

They run right in the page. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for, and nothing you do is saved. All of the people, companies and work in them are fictional.

The Full Live Demo

When you want to see the real thing, the live demo opens the whole business suite, filled with a fictional company's projects, appointments, deals and invoices.

  • It asks only for your work email. No card and no password.
  • It is the actual product, not a recording. Every screen, report and setting is there to click through.
  • It is private to you. Nothing in it is kept, it closes when you sign out or close your browser, and everything in it is erased within three hours.
  • If you decide to start a free trial from the demo, your email is carried over so you do not type it again.

Open it at demo-suite.spotbookr.com.

Demos for Government Products Too

Our government products have working demonstrations of their own at spotbookr.com/government. There are six, each set in a fictional agency:

  • LIMS, in a demo laboratory
  • GIS-Permitting, in a demo county
  • Incident Reporting, at a demo venue
  • Licensing and Inspections, in a demo city
  • Grants Management, in a demo grants office
  • Public Records Requests, in a demo county

Why We Built Them

Screenshots show what software looks like. They do not show how it feels to move a deal, book a slot or close a sprint. We would rather you find out in two minutes whether Spotbookr fits the way you work than read about it.

Available Now

All of the demos are live today. Try the quick demos at spotbookr.com/business, or open the full suite at demo-suite.spotbookr.com.

As always, we built this to make it easier to decide with confidence. More improvements are coming soon.
