No. Both are free to use. Hermes requires a free Spotsavr account.

Codes come from publicly available creator content and from affiliate networks. We verify codes, but brands can expire or restrict them at any time, so we cannot guarantee that a particular code will work or how much it will save.

No. All consumer data from Spotsavr and Hermes is anonymized and aggregated before it enters Spotbookr's analytics pipeline. Hermes collects only checkout-related signals (retailer domain, product categories, order value ranges, discount codes applied) — never browsing history, passwords, payment details, or personally identifiable information. You can opt out through Spotsavr account settings or by uninstalling Hermes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Interactions on Spotsavr and checkout events in Hermes generate behavioral signals. They are stripped of identifiers and aggregated to minimum thresholds before they are used in our commercial analytics, so they cannot be traced back to a person. You can opt out in your Spotsavr account settings.

Yes. Forms, workflows, roles, reports and terminology are configured around the agency's existing procedures instead of asking staff to change how they work.

The agency or client does. Records in a client system belong to that client, can be exported in common formats, and are not used in Spotbookr's commercial products, indexes or analytics.

In the environment the client already uses. Systems can be deployed in the client's own AWS or Microsoft Azure account, and designated information can stay on the client's own servers in a hybrid arrangement. See Partner Networks.

Yes. Migration from Microsoft Access, Excel and other legacy systems is part of how we deliver a system of record.

Yes. Advertising data is sourced from official platform transparency tools designed for public access. Consumer signals are collected through our own opt-in platforms (Spotsavr and Hermes). We operate under fair use principles, comply with platform terms, and follow applicable data protection regulations.

Spotbookr follows privacy best practices and is designed to comply with GDPR (European Union), UK GDPR, CCPA (California), the Australian Privacy Act, and PIPEDA (Canada). All consumer data is anonymized and aggregated. We provide granular consent controls, data export capabilities, and account deletion upon request. Full details are in our Terms & Privacy Policy.

No. Spotbookr does not sell personal information to any third party. The intelligence products we provide to clients contain aggregated, modeled data that cannot be used to identify individual consumers. Our business model is built on the value of our intelligence outputs, not on selling user data.
