Spotbookr is a data company. We build the systems that collect, organize and report on large, fragmented datasets, for our own products and for the organizations we work with.

Who We Are
We design databases, build the pipelines that fill them, and make the results easy to search and report on. We do that work for four kinds of users.
For consumers, we run Spotsavr and the Hermes browser extension, which find verified discount codes and apply them at checkout.
For companies running their day-to-day work, we offer subscription software: Project Management, Scheduling, CRM and Invoicing, taken one at a time or together.
For advertisers, we provide Spotbookr Ad Intelligence, the SBKr Indexes, the Spotbookr Media Network, and enterprise data and API access for brands, agencies and analysts.
For government, we build information systems configured to an agency's own processes, including laboratory information management, GIS-based permitting, incident reporting, licensing and inspections, grants management, and public records requests.
The subject matter differs. The work underneath is the same: reliable collection, a structure people can trust, and answers that are easy to get.
One data platform, applied wherever fragmented information needs to become a dependable record.
Our Mission
Most organizations already hold the data they need. It sits in spreadsheets, desktop databases, platform exports and filing systems that do not connect to one another, so every question becomes a manual project.
Our mission is to turn that into a single, connected, searchable record.
That means bringing data in automatically, checking it, relating it, and keeping its history. It means access controls and audit trails that hold up to scrutiny. And it means reporting that the people doing the work can run themselves.
We hold ourselves to the same standards across every product: data from sources we are entitled to use, consumer information that is anonymized and aggregated, and client records that remain the client's own.
Our History
Advertising was the first dataset we took on. Despite the scale of global spend, there was no reliable way to see the market in motion: the data was fragmented across platforms, inconsistent in format and constantly changing.
Built initially as a solo effort, the platform was designed to observe live advertising activity, normalize it, and make it intelligible across channels and time.
The ingestion, normalization, storage and reporting layers built for advertising turned out to be general. They became the foundation for everything that followed.
Spotbookr launches Spotsavr and Hermes for shoppers, and expands its advertising offering with the SBKr Indexes, the Media Network, and enterprise and developer access.
The same platform is configured for public-sector work: laboratory information management, GIS-based permitting, incident reporting, licensing and inspections, grants management, and public records requests.
Where We Are Going
We intend to keep doing one thing well: building systems of record and the reporting around them, for consumers, for businesses and for public agencies.
A shared foundation, so improvements in one line of work benefit the others.
Broader coverage in advertising data, more capable consumer tools, and more public-sector systems.
Systems that agencies and enterprises can extend as their needs change, without replacing them.
